Can not Play Vedio

Hi Help me Please.

I already pay for montly, 2 day ago.
I cant play vedio on web
and mobile device (Iphone 7) via App.

My connection is good 30Mbps
Playing youtube etc, no problem.

But I cant play vedio from raywenderlich
What must I do?

Google Chrome, Safari both of them not working!
No button to play video.

Do Raywenderlich use Vimeo?
Unfortunately, Vimeo is blocked in my country, Indonesia.
