Hi i have found one more BUG is when you delete a task and on the next task you press on toggle to mark it as a completed this error is shows Up!

Fatal error: Index out of range

Just letting you know please if you will respond to it can you send me a heads up so i know how to fix it?

I want t send you a video but i can’t because “New users can’t send attachments”

Two options:

  1. If you’re using the exact version of a project that I was, you can post a comment for that video and I can check out the End folder. In this case, that doesn’t work, because this is the course introduction and those generally have no downloadable materials.

  2. Use a service like Dropbox (all files) or YouTube (just for video), then send a link to the file. GitHub also works well. Without having your version of the project, I can’t assess the problem.

Hi Jessy, @jessycatterwaul

I would like to ask something about the Second SwiftUI App tutorial.

Does this tutorial cover how to save, load and retrieve data (task items)?

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any section about it and you didn’t tell about it anything your introductory video either.

Thank you!

Bye,
Robert

Hi Robert,

Our update to our Saving Data in iOS course goes over exactly that. It’s in editing now!

Hi Jessy, That’s awesome news! @jessycatterwaul

Is this Saving Data in iOS course a sequel of this Second SwiftUI App course or there is no strong connection between the two courses?

Any ETA on its publishing date?

I might consider to re-subscribe to this learning platform when it’s available.

Thank you again!

Bye,
Robert

I didn’t create the course myself, but I did work with the instructor, the amazing Felipe Laso-Marsetti, in the early stages. From what I saw, I’d say the connection is strong enough to consider it a “sequel”. But the topic isn’t SwiftUI-specific, like this course.

We’re planning to publish it on April 21, as long as nothing goes wrong or gets delayed!
