Writing a framework for all of iOS, MacOS, tvOS, watchOS,

Occasionally I want to write a framework that I would like to be able to reuse across a bunch of iOS, macOS, tvOS, and watchOS apps. I would like to maintain a single project for such a project and have that project be able to build for all target OS’s.

Are there any courses, tutorials, or books on here (or anywhere else you recommend) that make it clear how to do this?
