Why Xcode's copy key binding set doesn't meet my own set(Command+C) in Xcode?

Here is my copy key binding set in my Xcode, but it’s strange when I copy a line I need to use Control+C.

It is a bit strange. Are you on a Windows keyboard? The layouts for Windows and Mac keyboards often differ with control and command keys swapped.
