What's the best solution for Synchronize CoreData's data?

I noticed the Chapter about CoreData with iCloud has canceled, and I’m looking for the synchronize solution.

  1. Can I still use the iCloud to sync CoreData data between user’s difference device?

  2. I notice CloudKit, Is it a best solution than iCloud?
