Videos not working

The video tutorials will not load for me either. I have tried multiple browsers, and my internet connection is fast and running perfectly on all other websites.

When I click play, it starts to load for a split second, then displays the “click play” button again. When I click it the second time I just see the loading icon in perpetuity and the video never actually loads.

Since I just saw a post two hours ago from someone encountering the same problem, I think that this is an issue that is probably affecting other users as well.

Having the same problem here. Was working fine before lunch but now all the videos fail to load.

My internet connection is working fine. I’ve tried two different PCs and 3 different browsers with the same results.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Same here I have tried with different macs with different connections. All got failed. None of the videos are working.

Update: still not working. Is someone looking into this?

This is another reason why it would be helpful to give us the option to download videos for offline viewing. It sorta defeats the purpose of paying for a subscription when the videos don’t work reliably… This is the second time this has happened in the span of a few months.

I am still having a problem viewing the videos.

The videos lag and stop playing completely- I was trying to view on iPad, then resorted to viewing on iPhone 7 Plus and still have this issue…

I just tried some videos and they seem to be playing OK to me. It could be related to your Internet connection.
