I have quality issues during the videos. It’s not continuous, but sometimes it’s quality is really bad, texts are unreadable.
I set the quality manually to 1080p, but it’s the same.

Unfortunately there is little we can do at this point for the quality of the videos taken at the conference. The only thing I can suggest is to listen to the speaker and try to infer based on what he/she is saying, and figure out what they are doing on their laptop. I know this is not much of a solution, but because it’s been a while, it really won’t be something that will be given a high priority at this point to address.
