UserDefaults with Struct and TableView

I have been trying for 3 days to making this work, with no success.

Now if I would not use a Struct and contain my code to ViewControl, I do not have problems.

I have been trying to learn to access Method externally with Structs , and had no problems till I try to use UserDefauts and TableViews

I know that I am very close, but simply I am being blind to my error.
Can someone please look at my code and tell me what I am doing wrong.
