Just to let you know that for Section 13, there is no Location Services in the Simulator Settings with Xcode 13.3 and iOS 15.0. I was using an iPhone 11 simulator. When I built for my personal iPhone and launched it there, I could change authorization as discussed in Section 13. This is reported here for example:
