Something that has likely changed at Apple recently makes Chapter 13 a bit misleading… you cannot register a new app with maccatalyst.com.[…]. Per an Apple dev forum, the certificate is now generated via editing the iOS certificate: Catalyst + Manual Signing? | Apple Developer Forums
Yeah, this was all in beta still when that was written. Thanks for pointing out the solution. We’ll be sure to get it in the update.
