This issue is due to the linked version of Kingfisher package not being compatible with the Latest Xcode Version.
you should update the version of kingfisher to 7.10.2 and it will fix the issue.
Also update the version of kingfisher in the file
“03-example-app-koober/projects/final/KooberApp/Packages/KooberUIKit/Package.swift”
