Problem with my purchase

I have a problem with my subscription purchase. It says:

“Hi — there seems to have been a delay with the automatic processing of your order. Your product should be available on the store page within ten minutes, but if not, please email us at so we can make sure you get access to your purchased product. We apologize for the inconvenience!”
