Parse Server Tutorial

I am trying to integrate Parse Server into an App I am developing. The Parse Server Tutorial you publish is great BUT it appears to require Push Notifications. As I do not have a Developer Licence and don’t want or need one I cannot get a code signature which is a nuisance.

Is there any way to avoid the Push Notification requirement in your sample code in this Tutorial.
