Can Fluent query nested model like
category/id/item/id/ingredient
with parent children relationship?

@pyae yes it should be able to. Though assuming the IDs are unique across items, you can just query the item.
Fluent also supports joins etc for more complicated queries, we are planning to add that to the next edition
