Order Not accepted

Why do I always get ā€œOrder Not Acceptedā€ when Iā€™m trying to purchase a tutorial?

I sent an email to FastSpring and ccā€™d you about this. The order shows a failed payment, so Iā€™m asking them whatā€™s going wrong here and to assist you with completing the order. it may be something to do with the type of payment method you are using, but Iā€™ll have to wait for a response from FastSpring to know for sure what the issue is.

They may reach out to you directly or email me with an answer. If they contact me Iā€™ll forward you their message once I receive it.
