New Vapor version

Hi there anyone know if there will be a new book for vapor sometime soon? Seems pretty outdated currently

The current book is for Vapor 4, which as of right now the current Vapor.
The latest Brew on macOS will install the tool and generate code for Vapor v4.99.3.

That said, yes, there are a lot of changes coming to Vapor an a book is needed. Will let @0xtim answer what’s coming.

The current plan is to release an update once Vapor 5 is released

thanks, I wanted to know too if it uses async or still uses EventStreams in the book?

I confidently say @0xtim has been working on moving to async/await.
