Missing: you’ll use local notifications to present the user with timely reminders

In intro to checklist it says “And finally, you’ll use local notifications to present the user with timely reminders and important messages that appear at the top of the screen.”

But I can not find these in all Checklist section.

Can you point me please in the right direction?
