Looking for a XIB focused App tutorial

I did a quick search on this site and came up short.
Are there any current (Swift, not Obj-C) RW tutorials on the subject of designing an app using the XIB approach, in place of Storyboards?

Lately, I am encountering more and more developers that tell me XIB’s are the way to go for working on teams, using Git, reusability, things like that. Google is kind of telling me the same thing in general.

I’m open to any sources for this. If none on RW, is there a near future plan for tutorials of this kind?
