This is not unique to this book however. But when reading this book, latest chapters are not visible in TOC. The only solution is to make browser smaller or to go to info page of the book. It is kind of annoying.
In addition, in the previous version of the site (before the rebranding), one could access sections within the chapter from ToC. It is not possible anymore as well.
