Is there going to be an update for this book?

Hi, everyone.

I really like Kodeco’s material, since I believe it’s very clear and not boring. Last year, I bought this book expecting an update. However, it’s almost 2026, we have iOS 26 and the latest version was written for Xcode 14.2, iOS 16 and Swift 5.8.
Is there an update in progress on this book?

Because of fast paced updates in the software world (especially Apple!), Kodeco has been focusing mostly in online education, where modules or components of education can by updated a lot easier. There are books that are being updated, but I assume that it depends on the author and the demand.

Thanks for buying from Kodeco, and showing an interest in an update!
We aren’t currently in the progress of updating this book, but this doesn’t mean we won’t in the near future! As Roberto said, it often relies on demand and the availability of authors.
