Introducing videos.raywenderlich.com – Discount and Giveaway!

I’ve been a huge fan of the written tutorials and so kind of overlooked the videos section.

Just subscribed, I like the unexplored gold mine I have of raywenderlich videos.

I just love that each video is easy consumable - they are not too long and on the other hand no important bits and bytes are missing. They are good to follow and understand. I also like the concept of the challenges.
Glad to be here since beta  !

I really like the videos because they are easy to follow, clear and very well focused.
The presenters do a great job of providing a large volume of information in a series by breaking it down to smaller components.
These components can also be watched independently as a reference.

I’ve been here since beta and enjoyed most of the videos so far

I really like the videos because you concentrate on a lot of specific topics. It’s also nice that you don’t have to watch 7 hours of video every time.

I have just started in raywenderlich courses. My first path is to learn Watchos programming. Beginning WatchOS programming course is nice. I like the idea that video is not very long & not filled stuff too much. And after video lesson I can learn even more with challenge.pdf

I like its structure and exercise attached to each lesson. It’s also nice that examples are based on simple apps rather than just building it all from scratch

This has come along why from the Beta days. New site looks great.

Congrats with new https://videos.raywenderlich.com/ and may be you should think about a mobile app next?

I love the heart and soul you put in thinking and recording your videos :green_heart:

Quality Content arranged nicely. But it is a website not a Mobile application.

We are in mobile app world and your are providing the tutorial to develop mobile application. but you don’t have mobile application looks weird to me.

You know that website can not provide the great user experience. you may be having some business reason to focus only on the website, but user experience is important. we would like to watch the video anywhere any time (should be able to watch the content offline).

Hope to see Raywenderlich.com mobile app for its video content soon.

What I like in RW videos? One simple thing, for new frameworks, or renewing knowledge for specific topic I use RW videos and not StackOverflow now. Videos are well structured, with good content and explained in clear English. Good balance between ready-to-use code and what you should write manually. In fact, it’s just best videos for iOS developers atm.

I love these video tutorials, very concise and easy to understand

Super great news! I just wanted to do the same, because rayywenderlich was missing such structure. And now it’s so easy to find what you want!

I enjoy and recommend everybody to watch videos on raywendelich, because they are structured well, and speakers explain material best. And after watching you could do some homework, and also replay the video slice for fast help.

I love the video tutorials at raywendelich, but we need more tutorials, more advanced and intermediate tutorials of working with default popular technologies like Alamofire + Mapping(maybe some real examples, real world application), UI crazy things, Reactive programming, App Routing, Charts, Localization, Dependency injection, etc.

RW’s videos are practical and in-depth, making it very suitable for practicing professionals. RW rocks.

What do you like about the video tutorials at raywenderlich.com?

In my opinion, Ray Wenderlich video section is the easiest way to learn to program applications for ios, with good videos, keynotes and the best challenges!

Regards

Simplicity and excellent user friendly video lessons!!!

raywenderlich.com videos are always well done. Yes, you can learn a lot from a youtube video but you can learn so much more from a video that was planned out, rehearsed, and filmed by someone who knows what they are talking about.

What can you say? To the point, good presentation and some challenges!

I have been a ‘beta’ subscriber since early on and this is a very needed update. Course navigation is greatly improved and I especially like the progress tracking!

I like that there’s a starter project for us to follow the instructions in the video.
