GitHub no longer allows password authentication. When trying to perform the first push in Chapter 1, the following was displayed:
remote: Support for password authentication was removed on August 13, 2021.
remote: Please see About remote repositories - GitHub Docs for information on currently recommended modes of authentication.
In a future edition you may want to include the generation of a token which is required now in place of the password.
