I live in Canada !! But the survey you e-mailed me doesn’t have that option and wouldn’t finish with out selecting a country 
So I picked the USA as being the closest !
You need to have a talk with the survey company - Ray Wenderlich !!

Hello say a post on Twitter, that said this issue of missing country was fixed. 
I won’t redo the survey to see
Perhaps someone can check for Canada when doing it ?

Yeah had to do the same thing, Canada was not available for selection.
