Difference in colour between Xcode Storyboard and Simulator/Device

Good Day everyone,

As stated in the title, I’ve noticed that colours appear darker in the simulator/device compared to the Storyboard in Xcode(currently using Xcode v7.2.1). Here are some screenshots.

Storyboard (on the left) & my Device(on the right, same results as simulator)

The solution I’ve tried are :

1. Reset content and settings on the simulator
2. iphone - iOS - color on Xcode simulator is different from the color on device - Stack Overflow

This is the first time I’ve faced this problem. Previous tutorials and apps that I’ve done were ok when it came to colours. Any idea why this is happening?

Have you tried tweaking the brightness on your device?

@marciokoko Thank you for the suggestion, would never have thought about that. The colour improves on my device but not on the simulator.
