Child NavigationView issue with iOS 15

Hi guys! I’m trying the sample code with Xcode 13. I’ve found this issue on tree view child NavigtionView as described here swiftui - Child NavigationView doesn't honor modifiers on iOS 15 - Stack Overflow. I cannot think to switch to SwiftUI if I don’t have a stable navigation bar on iOS 15 :wink: (just kidding)

In the posted SO question there’s already a workaround. Phew… :smiley:
