Chapter 5: Search Results in TVML/JS

I followed the tutorial to populate the search page but when I select a video the video.tvml does not populate. What could I be missing here?

@nana_t Does this happen in the chapter’s sample project too?

Yeah even in the final setup for chapter 5

I did a console.log and see the data, template, image and the title but it is not rendering in the video.tvml

There is an error in the book on page 105

The extra ’ ’ around “{{data}}” causes the data for video.tvml not to render
