I finally got Fastlane loaded which took a long while. I went to run the first example with fast lane and I get an error
[!] Could not find lane ‘ios build’. Available lanes: ios custom_lane

After looking for a solution to my problem I saw something that caused me to to try commenting out
platform :iOS do
And the end
After that it ran fine
