To build the Ch.3 code, just got this error
" Cannot convert value of type ‘URL.Type’ to expected argument type ‘URL’"

Is this the issue of Xcode 13?

hi Sho Ko! I’m using Xcode 13, but I don’t get that error. Check your typing? Also, run the final project: if it doesn’t build, try restarting Xcode or your Mac.
