Can't Play/Download Video on Raywenderlich App

I have using Raywenderlich app. But I can’t play or download video on the app.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble on the app :[ I’ve just checked your account and there shouldn’t be any issues in playing or downloading videos on the app. I would suggest signing out and back in again on the app.

If that doesn’t work, please could you email support@razeware.com so can can help troubleshoot this.
