Cannot convert my monthly subscripton to the yearly cyber offer

I recently had to change my CC number due to fraud. That said I would like to take advantage of the cyber Monday yearly subscription of $99. However, every time attempt to upgrade my CC creds the only option offered is to continue with the monthly subscription rate. That is not what I would like to do.

If anyone has a solution to this that would be great. If not then I have no choice but to cancel my subscription which would be good IMO.
