I would like to use the book iOS 11 by Tutorials book (the book uses Swift 4), upon finishing the iOS Apprentice book. However, we’re on iOS 13 and Swift 5 right now. Is it still possible for me to learn intermediate level project tutorials with the iOS 11 by Tutorials book, even though we’re now on iOS 13 and Swift 5? Please help. Thank you.
For the most part the information in there is still applicable, however some sections like iCloud are a little outdated. Also I would expect to put in a fair bit of work updating the code for Xcode 11/Swift 5.
