I have developed an app for a company using my own iOS developer account and need to submit it for listing review in the name of the company. May I know what to do next? This company also has a company account. Do you need him to grant any permissions to my account?

This is a suggestion, and depending on what kind of agreement you have with that company is how you should proceed.
I would transfer ownership of the application, this happens from the developer’s account. Then they can submit for review. Granting some kind of permissions to your account could add them as admins or developers, but it’s still an app under your account.
