Could you let me know whether it’s all videos or one particular video you’re having trouble with?

I notice you don’t have an active subscription so perhaps it is a paid subscriber video you’re trying to watch?

I’m unable to watch any video not even free ones , when I checked console logs in my browser

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)

This error shows up!

As I found that this has been due to any adblock or in case of mine the “the brave browser’s built in shield” Disabling them will do the job!

Hey. Just went into that and there is a way to disable the tracking under your account - privacy. Then you can let the shield on and get some privacy :wink:
