Thread 1: breakpoint 1.1 2.1

I am getting a green error in the Thread 1: breakpoint 1.1 2.1

I have searched every page I have made in the URLSession chapter and do not see any breakpoints. I am lost trying to find out what is going on. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated
