Table of content missing on PDF version

📚 Official Books Server Side Swift with Vapor

I use a lot the table of content in PDFs, both in Preview and in my favorite iOS PDF reader. Usually it’s available in all RW books, but is missing in Server Side Swift with Vapor. It’d be great if added in future versions, thanks :]
