The flatmap operator is not explained properly at all. Looks like this is copied from RxSwift example. Why not teach with something realistic. Not sure why the instructors always teach so fast on complex topics. Hope at least a separate video can be added on flatmap operator.

Can someone reply as to why even the intermediate iOS debugging video runs in 5x speed.
