Lost Subscription

Hey, I’ve seen another post similar to this one so thought it was worth a shot.

I logged into my account to try and access some of the tutorials but have been told that I am not subscribed. I paid in October for a year so am definitely still subscribed. I’ve emailed support but haven’t heard back and would ideally like to get this sorted ASAP! I also had to change my username so assuming it has something to do with that.
