Is SwiftUI ready for production level apps

I finished the first and second iOS and SwiftUI app tutorials, and was wondering if we can start building production level apps in SwiftUI.

@psuranas, I think it would be worth a shot! I would love to see more SwiftUI made apps on the app store. If you build one please share it here. I am sure the community would enjoy seeing more SwiftUI apps.
