# Tutorial on how to crowd-source user feedback

Hi, can someone please point me in the right direction regarding obtaining customer feedback in-app?  
For example if I have a map of coffee shop locations, if a location is correct, user can press the thumbs up button, however if incorrect, thumbs down. I presume I will also need an online database to store this information. Are there any providers that provide this backend and integrate easily with swift?

Wow there are so many. You’re going to need to do some searching and compare what they offer vs. ease of use and cost - many will give a small app as much feedback as you will ever need for free, some start charging immediately.

You could do a lot worse than IBM Bluemix, and there’s a [tutorial available](https://www.ibm.com/blogs/bluemix/2015/04/mobilefirst-bluemix-part-1-getting-started/).

The answer always used to be “Parse” but we know how that turned out…
