Is there a table of contents available? It isn’t visible in the PDF and since I purchased it, I don’t seem to be able to see it on the product page on the website.

@mwbeatty The book’s PDF has got a table of contents. What book version are you using exactly?

I’m using v.1.0 and just to clarify I meant the table of contents that appears in the sidebar of whichever PDF reader one is using (preview in my case).
If you are referring to the ToC in the pages of the PDF, that is obviously there but having to jump back and forth is a pain and besides that page numbers in the ToC are not clickable so one is not able to jump to the desired section.
