I am looking for a book or web site which contains an overview of the Apple Developer Account. Things I am interested in are…

The different kind of accounts and their costs.
Costs of different kinds of membership.
Best practices for signing, certificates, etc.

Anything that would help me make sure I am maintaining our corporate account account.

Thanks,
