# Chapter 4 Adding CharacterController

If I remove the rigid body and replace with character controller the space marine now falls through the floor!

Seems one should not be using the mesh collider as stated in book but used another object with collider?

DOH!!! helps if you select Inner\_Octagon on the BobbleArena-Collider game object and not the BobbleArena!

Works fine now 🙂
