# Can't get pygame installed

Hi @kikaa, if you are still facing issues with the pygame installation, I would recommend taking a look at this post, [Stackoverflow](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1969426/pygame-in-windows-importerror-dll-load-failed). Because I don’t know what computer you are using I’m not sure which direction to go in with providing suggestions. I’ve also found another stackoverflow [link](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/48121451/import-of-pygame-fails-from-pygame-base-import-importerror-dll-load-failed).
