# Auto-generate password is not prompted when registering a new account (iOS 14.4)

Anyone come across and resolve this?

[AutoFill] Cannot show Automatic Strong Passwords for app bundleID: xxxx due to error: Cannot identify the calling app’s process. Check teamID and bundleID in your app’s application-identifier entitlement

Did having the app association file in the `.well-known` directory help?

@lganti Thanks very much for your question.

I did unfortunately find others having a similar problem online, but unfortunately I have yet to find a solution to resolve this. The best I could find is steps that others have taken but to no avail. Please do share any findings that you may have so that perhaps others can benefit.

yes, it did help trigger the autofill
